The role
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Social Media Account Manager to manage our social media clients and act as the bridge between clients, designers, video editors, and the delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, has strong English communication skills, and can confidently handle client check-ins, feedback, approvals, and execution.
What you'll do
- 01Develop and maintain strategic content calendars across platforms
- 02Create and publish engaging posts, reels and stories
- 03Manage social media clients and their monthly content requirements
- 04Attend weekly client check-ins and communicate professionally in English
- 05Report on performance and adjust strategy from the data
- 06Review content before sending it to clients for approval
- 07Follow up on revisions, approvals, and deadlines
- 08Ensure content calendars, brand guidelines, and deadlines are followed
What we look for
- ›2+ years managing social media for brands or clients
- ›Strong copywriting and visual eye for on-brand content
- ›Hands-on with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- ›Comfortable reading analytics and optimizing accordingly
- ›Excellent English and self-management
- ›Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, reels, carousels, captions, and content trends
- ›Ability to manage multiple clients at the same time
Desirable
- ◇Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe
- ◇Experience with paid social and boosting
