Video Editor

The role

As a Video Editor in our Creative Studio you turn raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping content for U.S. real estate agents and brokerages: short-form reels, listing and property tours, talking-head and testimonial edits, and ad creative. You work hand in hand with our social and content teams on a fast, high-volume pipeline, owning pacing, captions, motion graphics, sound and color so every video looks premium and performs.

What you'll do

• 01Edit short-form social videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for U.S. real estate clients
• 02Cut listing and property tours, walkthroughs, talking-head and testimonial videos
• 03Add captions and subtitles, motion graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, music and sound design
• 04Color-correct, balance audio and clean up footage for a premium, on-brand finish
• 05Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short clips tailored to each platform
• 06Work to brand guidelines and hit a high-volume, fast-turnaround content calendar
• 07Collaborate with the social and content teams on hooks, structure and revisions
• 08Keep project files, footage and assets organised so the pipeline stays clean

What we look for

• ›1+ years editing video, with a strong short-form / social portfolio (showreel required)
• ›Sharp sense of pacing, hooks, captions and what makes short-form content perform
• ›Comfortable with high volume and fast turnarounds without dropping quality
• ›Good English and clear communication when taking feedback
• ›Dependable, detail-oriented and committed to confidentiality and NDAs

Desirable

• ◇Real estate or U.S.-client content experience
• ◇Motion graphics / After Effects and basic color grading
• ◇Comfort with CapCut and DaVinci Resolve
