The role
You'll fill our clients' pipelines: researching prospects, running outreach across calls and email, qualifying leads and setting appointments. You're comfortable on the phone, resilient through a no, and energized by hitting targets.
What you'll do
- 01Prospect and build targeted lead lists for client campaigns
- 02Run cold calls, follow-ups and outreach (FSBO, expired leads, cold lists)
- 03Qualify leads and set appointments for client sales teams
- 04Keep the CRM clean and the sales pipeline up to date
- 05Hit weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets
What we look for
- ›1+ years in outbound sales, cold calling or appointment setting
- ›Clear, confident, neutral-accent spoken English
- ›Thick skin and a goal-driven mindset
- ›Comfortable working U.S. business hours
- ›Reliable headset and quiet calling environment
