The role

You'll fill our clients' pipelines: researching prospects, running outreach across calls and email, qualifying leads and setting appointments. You're comfortable on the phone, resilient through a no, and energized by hitting targets.

What you'll do

  • 01Prospect and build targeted lead lists for client campaigns
  • 02Run cold calls, follow-ups and outreach (FSBO, expired leads, cold lists)
  • 03Qualify leads and set appointments for client sales teams
  • 04Keep the CRM clean and the sales pipeline up to date
  • 05Hit weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets

What we look for

  • 1+ years in outbound sales, cold calling or appointment setting
  • Clear, confident, neutral-accent spoken English
  • Thick skin and a goal-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours
  • Reliable headset and quiet calling environment

Desirable

  • Real estate lead-gen experience
  • Familiarity with dialers and CRMs
