The role
As an Executive Virtual Assistant you become a trusted extension of a client's team, handling the administrative and operational work that frees them to focus on growth. You'll juggle calendars, inboxes, travel and projects with a calm, organized touch, anticipating needs before they're asked.
What you'll do
- 01Own and triage the client's email inbox, flagging what matters and drafting replies
- 02Schedule meetings, manage calendars and resolve conflicts across time zones
- 03Prepare documents, decks and meeting notes; proofread before they go out
- 04Book travel, build itineraries and handle expense tracking
- 05Coordinate tasks and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks
What we look for
- ›2+ years as a VA, EA or in an administrative support role
- ›Excellent written and spoken English
- ›Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- ›Comfortable working independently across U.S. time zones
- ›Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace
